I found the provided toiletries quite lovely, especially the fragrant shampoo and conditioner. They left my hair feeling soft and refreshed. the comfortable mattress made falling asleep easy after a long day of travel. I had such restful nights.
The television remote was not working when i arrived. I had to request assistance from the front desk to get it replaced.

The included breakfast offered many choices from the buffet. It was AMAZING!!! I found the staff friendly and polite. The location and facilities perfectly suited my needs.
I found a minor issue, the parking fees took quite a while to sort out.

The staff were indeed lovely and helpful. The room was clean.. all amenities were available. The breakfast provided many options and the food was delicious. I was especially impressed with the parking facilities, available on site.
Carrying luggage up several flights of stairs was not ideal.
